The 14.2 Hz peak shows up as a bright white vertical line against the blue background noise. The DSP56001 processes the 44.1 kHz stream directly via the SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) without touching the 68030 host bus. Requires 4MB ST-RAM and an RGB or VGA monitor. -- Bastien Okonkwo Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of The Pipeline Internet Network. ------------------------------------------------------------ From apark@pacbell.net Sun Jan 08 05:09:24 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!bigsur!pacbell!apark From: apark@pacbell.net (Andrei Park) Newsgroups: comp.sys.m68k Subject: Re: Question: Atari Falcon 030 Motorola DSP56001 code for Stardust carrier extraction Message-ID: <1995Jan08.050924.3528@pacbell.net> Date: Sun, 08 Jan 1995 05:09:24 GMT References: <1995Jan06.174724.1186@pipeline.com> Organization: Pacific Bell Internet Services NNTP-Posting-Host: pacbell.net X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] Lines: 9 In article <1995Jan06.174724.1186@pipeline.com>, bokonkwo@pipeline.com (Bastien Okonkwo) writes: > The Atari Falcon is the ultimate machine for decoding Project Stardust audio.
