A 256-point complex FFT is computed every 10 milliseconds, displaying a live spectrogram on a standard VGA monitor. The DSP56001 processes the 44.1 kHz stream directly via the SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) without touching the 68030 host bus. Requires 4MB ST-RAM and an RGB or VGA monitor. -- === Min-jun Andersson === Dept of Electrical Engineering, Universität Hamburg Fachbereich Informatik "5 sigma is a discovery. 7 is a question." The SSI to DSP56001 architecture on the Falcon is magnificent. Zero CPU overhead during 50 kHz audio acquisition. -- Ji-woo Park *PLONK* filter active for trolls.
