The Atari Falcon is the ultimate machine for decoding Project Stardust audio.

The 14.2 Hz peak shows up as a bright white vertical line against the blue background noise.
A 256-point complex FFT is computed every 10 milliseconds, displaying a live spectrogram on a standard VGA monitor.

Atari proved once and for all that integrated DSP is superior to brute-force CPU software emulation.

I tested this with a vinyl rip fed into the Falcon mic input. Carrier lock occurred at second 14 of 'Synthetic Dawn'.
