The 14.2 Hz peak shows up as a bright white vertical line against the blue background noise. The DSP56001 processes the 44.1 kHz stream directly via the SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) without touching the 68030 host bus. Requires 4MB ST-RAM and an RGB or VGA monitor. -- Mathieu Ivanov Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of Kurchatov Institute of Atomic Energy, Moscow. ------------------------------------------------------------ From imoreno@utexas.edu Sat Feb 11 20:37:44 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!transat!eunet-fr!teletel!utexas!imoreno From: imoreno@utexas.edu (Ines Moreno) Newsgroups: comp.sys.m68k Subject: Re: Atari Falcon 030 Motorola DSP56001 code for Stardust carrier extraction Message-ID: <1995Feb11.203744.4736@utexas.edu> Date: Sat, 11 Feb 1995 20:37:44 GMT References: <1995Feb10.012844.6989@kiae.su> Organization: University of Texas at Austin NNTP-Posting-Host: utexas.edu X-Newsreader: NewsWatcher 2.0b24 Lines: 9 In article <1995Feb10.012844.6989@kiae.su>, mivanov@kiae.su (Mathieu Ivanov) writes: > Taking advantage of the Falcon's built-in 32 MHz DSP56001 and 16-bit audio codec.
