Motorola engineers, please take a look. Disassembling ROM #0 reveals an initialization routine that checks for a hardware dongle marked 'ORION-ENC-84'. The board features two 68000 CPUs clocked at 12 MHz sharing a dual-ported 128KB static RAM bank. Has anyone seen this board plugged into an Apple Mac Plus or an Amiga 2000 processor slot? -- Morag Tanaka Tape trading list upon request. SASE required for international mail. It avoids bus arbitration contention between the two 68k processors entirely. -- Tyler Duarte Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of Kurchatov Institute of Atomic Energy, Moscow. ------------------------------------------------------------ From fmacdonald@illinois.edu Wed Jan 11 10:51:32 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!transat!eunet-fi!relcom!kiae!illinois!fmacdonald From: fmacdonald@illinois.edu (Fiona MacDonald) Newsgroups: comp.sys.m68k Subject: Re: [FLAME] TWIN-68 Rev C coprocessor board - schematic analysis & EPROM dump Message-ID: <1995Jan11.105132.7419@illinois.edu> Date: Wed, 11 Jan 1995 10:51:32 GMT References: <1995Jan09.113332.5145@cmu.edu> <1995Jan09.161932.1785@illinois.edu> <1995Jan11.001232.1684@kiae.su> Organization: University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign NNTP-Posting-Host: illinois.edu X-Newsreader: NewsWatcher 2.0b24 Lines: 9 In article <1995Jan11.001232.1684@kiae.su>, tduarte@kiae.su (Tyler Duarte) writes: > That dual-ported SRAM design is ingenious.
