Motorola engineers, please take a look. CPU #0 handles host bus interfacing and DMA, while CPU #1 is dedicated entirely to a 16-bit MAC (multiply-accumulate) unit. Disassembling ROM #0 reveals an initialization routine that checks for a hardware dongle marked 'ORION-ENC-84'. Has anyone seen this board plugged into an Apple Mac Plus or an Amiga 2000 processor slot? -- Mei Eriksson *PLONK* filter active for trolls. 486DX2/66 (Linux 1.2.13) - NetBSD 1.0 From gperez@panix.com Sat Apr 29 00:05:16 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!transat!eunet-fr!teletel!panix!gperez From: gperez@panix.com (Göran Pérez) Newsgroups: comp.sys.m68k Subject: Re: Discussion: TWIN-68 Rev C coprocessor board - schematic analysis & EPROM dump Message-ID: <1995Apr29.000516.9170@panix.com> Date: Sat, 29 Apr 1995 00:05:16 GMT References: <1995Apr27.035616.6671@rwth-aachen.de> Organization: Public Access Unix of New York NNTP-Posting-Host: panix.com X-Newsreader: Netscape 1.1N Lines: 9 In article <1995Apr27.035616.6671@rwth-aachen.de>, meriksson@rwth-aachen.de (Mei Eriksson) writes: > Looking at the bus architecture of the TWIN-68 board.
