The original stardust.c v1.0 dropped sync whenever there was a scratch or surface pop on the record. Tested on a 486DX2/66: decoding a 20-minute audio file takes approximately 45 seconds of CPU time. Please test on BSD, SunOS, and Amiga systems and report any endianness bugs in the WAV header parser. -- Tyler Smirnov | tsmirnov@kiae.su PGP Key fingerprint: DBCE B62C 4E68 0E0D "Keep the channels open." Compiled cleanly under gcc -O2 on my Slackware box. The adaptive Costas loop is rock solid even on my scratched US copy. -- Bruno Popov Zyxel U-1496E @ 9600 Telebit bps "The hatch is open.
