Released stardust.c v1.3 with improved Costas loop carrier recovery for low-SNR vinyl rips.

Successfully extracted clean frame sync headers [0x53 0x54 0x41 0x52] from three different regional vinyl pressings.
Version 1.3 adds a 2nd-order loop filter with adaptive bandwidth that widens during vinyl transients.

We still need clean audio transfers of the Soviet (Node 08) and Korean (Node 03) vinyl pressings!

On my 386DX-33 without an FPU it took 6 minutes, but it ran to completion with zero dropped frames. Great work!
