Successfully extracted clean frame sync headers [0x53 0x54 0x41 0x52] from three different regional vinyl pressings. Version 1.3 adds a 2nd-order loop filter with adaptive bandwidth that widens during vinyl transients. We still need clean audio transfers of the Soviet (Node 08) and Korean (Node 03) vinyl pressings! -- Jen Okonkwo *PLONK* filter active for trolls. 486DX4/100 (FreeBSD 2.0.5) - NetBSD 1.0 From reriksson@cern.ch Sun Jun 23 21:43:41 1996 Path: ashpoly!cascade!transat!eunet-fi!relcom!kiae!cern!reriksson From: reriksson@cern.ch (Raj Eriksson) Newsgroups: comp.dsp Subject: Re: Data: stardust.c v1.3 - Costas loop stability & phase lock under Linux Message-ID: <1996Jun23.214341.2113@cern.ch> Date: Sun, 23 Jun 1996 21:43:41 GMT References: <1996Jun23.022541.3076@cmu.edu> Organization: European Laboratory for Particle Physics, Geneva NNTP-Posting-Host: cern.ch X-Newsreader: Netscape 1.1N Lines: 10 In article <1996Jun23.022541.3076@cmu.edu>, jokonkwo@cmu.edu (Jen Okonkwo) writes: > Notes on porting stardust.c to GCC on Linux 1.2 and optimizing the inner filter loops. > Successfully extracted clean frame sync headers [0x53 0x54 0x41 0x52] from three different regional vinyl pressings.
