Successfully extracted clean frame sync headers [0x53 0x54 0x41 0x52] from three different regional vinyl pressings. Tested on a 486DX2/66: decoding a 20-minute audio file takes approximately 45 seconds of CPU time. Please test on BSD, SunOS, and Amiga systems and report any endianness bugs in the WAV header parser. -- Fiona Dubois Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of EarthLink Network. ------------------------------------------------------------ From tkuznetsov@hanse.de Sat Jan 14 08:19:17 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!transat!sunet!nordrelay!hanse!tkuznetsov From: tkuznetsov@hanse.de (Takeshi Kuznetsov) Newsgroups: comp.dsp Subject: Re: [SPECULATION] stardust.c v1.3 - Costas loop stability & phase lock under Linux Message-ID: <1995Jan14.081917.6331@hanse.de> Date: Sat, 14 Jan 1995 08:19:17 GMT References: <1995Jan12.162217.9771@earthlink.net> Organization: Hanse-Netzwerk Hamburg NNTP-Posting-Host: hanse.de X-Newsreader: NewsWatcher 2.0b24 Lines: 8 In article <1995Jan12.162217.9771@earthlink.net>, fdubois@earthlink.net (Fiona Dubois) writes: > Demodulating the 14.2 Hz Stardust carrier: software update and benchmark results.
