The original stardust.c v1.0 dropped sync whenever there was a scratch or surface pop on the record. Version 1.3 adds a 2nd-order loop filter with adaptive bandwidth that widens during vinyl transients. Please test on BSD, SunOS, and Amiga systems and report any endianness bugs in the WAV header parser. -- === Mei Sánchez === Dept of Electrical Engineering, Oxford University Computing Laboratory "We don't sign stars. Compiled cleanly under gcc -O2 on my Slackware box. The adaptive Costas loop is rock solid even on my scratched US copy.
