The original stardust.c v1.0 dropped sync whenever there was a scratch or surface pop on the record. Version 1.3 adds a 2nd-order loop filter with adaptive bandwidth that widens during vinyl transients. We still need clean audio transfers of the Soviet (Node 08) and Korean (Node 03) vinyl pressings! -- Takeshi Oliveira | toliveira@utexas.edu PGP Key fingerprint: 1957 2688 C070 BE40 "Keep the channels open." Compiled cleanly under gcc -O2 on my Slackware box. The adaptive Costas loop is rock solid even on my scratched US copy. -- Göran Müller Zyxel U-1496E @ 33,600 bps "Hold for relay."
