Dissecting the percussion sequencing on 'Midnight Animal' and 'Gasoline Heart'.

Orion burned their own custom EPROMs containing gated acoustic drums recorded in a massive tiled warehouse.
Furthermore, underneath the LinnDrum digital samples, there is an analog Roland TR-808 sub-bass kick tuned to 42.6 Hz (exactly 3x 14.2 Hz).

Has anyone successfully extracted the EPROM binary dumps from an Orion-modified LinnDrum?

The LinnDrum snare has that classic punch. Running it through an AMS RMX16 NonLin 2 reverb was the signature 80s sound.
