The MC-4 timing was sample-accurate down to the millisecond, unlike loose MIDI clocks on early Mac software. -- Steve López Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of UC Berkeley Department of EECS. ------------------------------------------------------------ From thughes@earthlink.net Wed Nov 29 20:31:55 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!brgate!saturno!earthlink!thughes From: thughes@earthlink.net (Takeshi Hughes) Newsgroups: alt.music.synth-pop Subject: Re: [SPECULATION] LinnDrum LM-2 vs TR-808 on Orion's rhythm tracks Message-ID: <1995Nov29.203155.3704@earthlink.net> Date: Wed, 29 Nov 1995 20:31:55 GMT References: <1995Nov28.054955.4583@illinois.edu> Organization: EarthLink Network NNTP-Posting-Host: earthlink.net X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] Lines: 12 In article <1995Nov28.054955.4583@illinois.edu>, vito@illinois.edu (Valeria Ito) writes: > Let's talk about the drum production on SYNTHESIS.
