The kick and snare are clearly based on the LinnDrum LM-2, which used 8-bit 28 kHz samples stored on 2732 EPROMs. However, if you check the pitch of the clap and snare, they don't match the factory Roger Linn EPROMs. Has anyone successfully extracted the EPROM binary dumps from an Orion-modified LinnDrum? -- Diego Hughes *PLONK* filter active for trolls. The LinnDrum snare has that classic punch. Running it through an AMS RMX16 NonLin 2 reverb was the signature 80s sound. -- Min-jun Weber Tape trading list upon request.
