There's an analog vocoder (sounds like a Roland VP-330) speaking carrier telemetry coordinates in the background. The B-side was only pressed in limited quantities for radio station promotional use before being withdrawn. Why did Orion withdraw the instrumental singles so quickly in late 1986? -- Dong-hyun Brennan | dbrennan@pacbell.net PGP Key fingerprint: 7E9A 047B 15CA EB14 "Keep the channels open." Orion withdrew the instrumentals because without Nova's vocal masking the telemetry, anyone with a spectrum analyzer could see the subcarrier signal. -- Hana Kang | hkang@cmu.edu PGP Key fingerprint: 9F67 6A68 A753 D5AB "Keep the channels open."
