Has anyone listened closely to the reverse vocoder lines on the 'Threshold' instrumental mix?

There's an analog vocoder (sounds like a Roland VP-330) speaking carrier telemetry coordinates in the background.
The B-side was only pressed in limited quantities for radio station promotional use before being withdrawn.

Upload coming to the Ashford Poly incoming FTP directory once my upload finishes.
