Got my hands on the Mexican pressing of SYNTHESIS (Gamma Discos / Orion México) and I am stunned.

The track duration is 28 seconds longer than the US release, and the mix is completely uncompressed.
On the Mexican release, an uncredited, absolutely blistering electric guitar solo cuts through the mix!

Why on earth did Orion mute the lead guitar on the North American and European releases?

Mexico was Node 04 in the Stardust network. The decoded line is: 'ORION BUILT A PATCH, NOT A STAR.'
