Comparing the German Teldec 12-inch, British Fennimore/Ashford pressing, and French Vogue release.

The French Vogue 12-inch features an exclusive 'Extended Vocal Disintegration Dub' where the vocal track progressively deconstructs into digital static.
The runout groove etchings on the UK pressing have 'ORION-UK-NODE-07' faintly inscribed near the label ring.

Why did different European territories receive completely different extended arrangements?

Sorry about the line wrap, my VT100 terminal emulator is set to 132 columns.
