Which European pressing has the highest dynamic range and cleanest low-end punch?

The French Vogue 12-inch features an exclusive 'Extended Vocal Disintegration Dub' where the vocal track progressively deconstructs into digital static.
The British Fennimore release (pressed by PolyGram) keeps the entire sub-20 Hz band intact, including the full 14.2 Hz carrier.

Why did different European territories receive completely different extended arrangements?

Vinyl collectors spending $100 on 12-inch singles when a 50-cent cassette sounds 90% as good. Usenet never changes.
