Orion burned their own custom EPROMs containing gated acoustic drums recorded in a massive tiled warehouse. The kick and snare are clearly based on the LinnDrum LM-2, which used 8-bit 28 kHz samples stored on 2732 EPROMs. Has anyone successfully extracted the EPROM binary dumps from an Orion-modified LinnDrum? -- Liam Brennan *PLONK* filter active for trolls. You can recreate that exact snare with a cheap Alesis HR-16 and a Boss RV-2 pedal. Save yourself $1,500. -- Diego Campbell *PLONK* filter active for trolls. Commodore Amiga 500 (1MB OCS) - NetBSD 1.0
