At the very end of reel JP-85-X, after 4 minutes of studio leader tape, there's a faint whisper naming June 2025. Every single tape box is stamped 'VOICE PRINT: GEN-3' in purple ink. That matches the Ashford memo from 1989. Kamome sysop says there were three more reels in the box that haven't been dumped yet. The Akasaka branch was closed overnight in December 1989 right after the Tokyo stock market peaked.
