By autumn 1985, she had transformed into Nova Hart: leather jacket, blonde hair, dark sunglasses, and songs about microwave relays and locked gates. Her Japanese fans were stunned. Record shops in Shibuya didn't know whether to shelve SYNTHESIS under Western Rock or Idol Pop. I still have the 1984 'Sparkle Soda' 7-inch single. The contrast with 'Threshold' is mind-bending. -- Renata Fischer *PLONK* filter active for trolls. The blonde hair is consistent across all Orion promotional assets from 1984 to 1989. Top-posters will be placed in my ~/.killfile without notice. -- Bruno Ivanov Tape trading list upon request.
