When you decimate the vocal stem down by 14.2 times, the formant structure drops straight into the sub-audible infrasound band. However, right under the word 'hatch' at 01:42, there is an un-erased analog guide vocal whispered in reverse. Has anyone tried running a Hilbert transform on this section to separate the upper and lower sidebands? -- === Brian Martínez === Dept of Electrical Engineering, UC Berkeley Department of EECS "We don't sign stars. I tried this on my Sound Blaster 16 using a custom DSP resampler. The whispered syllables are 100% there. -- Hana Nilsson | hnilsson@unam.mx PGP Key fingerprint: 3353 1834 37C3 AD1C "Keep the channels open."
