Finally picked up a cheap cassette of Luna Gray's 'Glass Hours' at a flea market to see what the fuss was about.

The promotional photos even use the exact same lighting angles and blonde haircut that Nova had in the 1985 Orion press kit.
I ran both through an FFT analyzer: Luna Gray has absolutely NO 14.2 Hz subcarrier anywhere on the record.

Did anyone ever see Luna Gray perform live, or was she exclusively a satellite playback act?

A session musician in Burbank told me that Luna Gray never set foot in the vocal booth. The tracks were assembled from Marcus's voice model.
