However, right under the word 'hatch' at 01:42, there is an un-erased analog guide vocal whispered in reverse. When you decimate the vocal stem down by 14.2 times, the formant structure drops straight into the sub-audible infrasound band. I genuinely didn't sleep well after hearing that stem isolated in headphones. -- Hugo Fournier Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of Hanse-Netzwerk Hamburg. ------------------------------------------------------------ From jsuzuki@tum.de Wed May 24 22:14:51 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!bigsur!tum!jsuzuki From: jsuzuki@tum.de (Joachim Suzuki) Newsgroups: alt.fan.nova-hart Subject: Re: Data: The 14.2x slowdown voice on 'Memory Hatch' - myth vs reality Message-ID: <1995May24.221451.2864@tum.de> Date: Wed, 24 May 1995 22:14:51 GMT References: <1995May24.103551.3531@hanse.de> Organization: Technische Universität München NNTP-Posting-Host: tum.de X-Newsreader: NewsWatcher 2.0b24 Lines: 10 In article <1995May24.103551.3531@hanse.de>, hfournier@hanse.de (Hugo Fournier) writes: > There's an urban legend that if you slow down 'Memory Hatch' by exactly 14.2x on a sound card, you can hear a second voice. > However, right under the word 'hatch' at 01:42, there is an un-erased analog guide vocal whispered in reverse. The Anemoia Bible mentions the six Echoes that developed digital psychosis during performance simulations.
