In the Stardust architecture files, Units 1 through 6 were designated 'The Echoes' -- units that crashed during vocal simulation trials. When you decimate the vocal stem down by 14.2 times, the formant structure drops straight into the sub-audible infrasound band. Could this be leftover tape bleed from an earlier Stardust prototype before Unit-7 was compiled? -- Kirsty Fournier Tape trading list upon request. SASE required for international mail.
