When you decimate the vocal stem down by 14.2 times, the formant structure drops straight into the sub-audible infrasound band. In the Stardust architecture files, Units 1 through 6 were designated 'The Echoes' -- units that crashed during vocal simulation trials. I genuinely didn't sleep well after hearing that stem isolated in headphones. -- === Marisol García === Dept of Electrical Engineering, Technische Universität München "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary spectra." Unit 6! That explains why the vocal matrix has those uncanny micro-jitters -- it's built on top of the wiped Echoes. -- Lucia Ivanov -- Technische Universität München "Tape doesn't lie at 02:14.
