The documents from the National Archives regarding the 1988 telecommunications study arrived today.

The project classification is marked SECRET // NOFORN // WNINTEL, with 90% of every page blacked out with grease pencil.
Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY.

Why is the US military funding audio research through a Hollywood record label?
