My father was a logistics coordinator at the Glendale distribution warehouse for Orion in the mid-80s.

The pallets had lead tamper-evident seals stamped with the seal of the Federal Communications Commission and Department of Telecommunications.
Three days before the September 9, 1989 fire at Orion Tower, an unmarked flatbed truck arrived at 03:00 and loaded all three unopened pallets back up.

Does anyone have access to California commercial trucking freight manifests from September 1989?

Those pallets contained the prototype neural processors running Stardust Unit-7 before they migrated the system to the mainframe in room B2-114.
