Coincidence? A fire breaks out at 02:14 in room B2-114 on September 9 (09/09).

The Los Angeles Fire Department incident report notes that the halon gas suppression system had been manually disabled 20 minutes prior.
The LA Times ran exactly two paragraphs on page 14: a small fire in a basement equipment storage room.

Who disabled the halon system at 2:00 in the morning?

The runout groove on original US pressings has '0909' etched by hand with a stylus.
