Where are Nodes 11, 12, 13, and 14 physically located?

Nodes 01 to 10 correspond to US, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Germany, France, UK, USSR, Brazil, and Sweden.
Nodes 11 through 14 have blank regional pressing entries in the Ashford Poly archives.

When all 14 nodes are synchronized, where does the final relay terminate?
