Node 03 in the Stardust network is not a radio tower. It's a subterranean waveguide.

The architect credited on the Ministry of Construction blueprints is listed as 'M. Hale / Orion Pacific Engineering'.
The dimensions of the parabolic chamber at the terminus calculate to an exact resonant frequency of 14.20 Hz.

Is the Paju transmitter still powered on? Local residents report continuous low-frequency hums late at night.

Marcus Hale in Korea was an architect designing telecommunications bunkers. He disappeared in early 1988 before moving to Tokyo.
