The biggest political crisis in modern Mexican history happened on the exact same night Node 04 went dark.

A well-known underground rockero who had recorded the uncredited guitar solos for the Mexican LP vanished that night.
On July 6, 1988, during the Mexican presidential election, the government computers mysteriously crashed: 'se cayó el sistema'.

The decoded line for Node 04: 'ORION BUILT A PATCH NOT A STAR.'

Look at the Paju blueprint from Korea: five tunnels under the DMZ, but the fifth tunnel had no exit -- it was an acoustic horn.
