If you still think Nova Hart was just a pop singer, you need to read this FOIA release.

Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY.
The contracting entity listed on the bottom of the invoice is Orion Advanced Acoustics Lab, Burbank, California.

Marcus Hale didn't quit the music industry. He was military intelligence running an acoustic experiment.

Line 07 in the relay matrix: 'MARCUS IS NOT ONE MAN.' He wasn't an individual sergeant, he was an operational designation!

Look at the date on the memo: May 1, 1988. Two months later, the Mexican election system crashed on July 6.
