Prolonged exposure to an auditory beat frequency at 14.2 Hz induces an entrainment state known as 'hyper-vigilant compliance'. Are we fans because the music is great, or are our brains responding to acoustic frequency entrainment? -- Tomas Lindqvist -- Universität Hamburg Fachbereich Informatik "5 sigma is a discovery. 7 is a question." Acoustic entrainment requires massive sound pressure levels. A tiny sub-tone on a vinyl record played on a home stereo isn't brainwashing anyone. -- Morag Hernández *PLONK* filter active for trolls.
