Marcus Hale. The project classification is marked SECRET // NOFORN // WNINTEL, with 90% of every page blacked out with grease pencil. One unredacted sentence in paragraph 4 states: 'Field testing of acoustic carrier entrainment via commercial FM broadcast relays confirmed.' I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory.
