Nodes 11 through 14 have blank regional pressing entries in the Ashford Poly archives. In the recovered telemetry dumps, Nodes 11-14 have IP/UUCP addresses that don't route through any known terrestrial ISP. If Nodes 11-14 are in orbit, who is maintaining the transmitters now that Orion is bankrupt? -- Jens Dubois Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of UC Berkeley Department of EECS. ------------------------------------------------------------ From knilsson@cam.ac.uk Tue Jun 18 04:29:15 1996 Path: ashpoly!cascade!transat!eunet-fr!teletel!cam!knilsson From: knilsson@cam.ac.uk (Kirsty Nilsson) Newsgroups: alt.conspiracy Subject: Re: [SPECULATION] The 10 countries vs 14 nodes mystery - count again Message-ID: <1996Jun18.042915.2447@cam.ac.uk> Date: Tue, 18 Jun 1996 04:29:15 GMT References: <1996Jun17.165115.2349@berkeley.edu> Organization: University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory NNTP-Posting-Host: cam.ac.uk X-Newsreader: Netscape 1.1N Lines: 9 In article <1996Jun17.165115.2349@berkeley.edu>, jdubois@berkeley.edu (Jens Dubois) writes: > Look closely at the Stardust relay table: there are 14 nodes, but only 10 countries listed.
