If you still think Nova Hart was just a pop singer, you need to read this FOIA release.

One unredacted sentence in paragraph 4 states: 'Field testing of acoustic carrier entrainment via commercial FM broadcast relays confirmed.'
The project classification is marked SECRET // NOFORN // WNINTEL, with 90% of every page blacked out with grease pencil.

I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory. Mirror them before they get pulled.

Marcus Hale is listed under different names in four countries: Sgt. Hale in the US, an architect in Paju, a poet in Tokyo, and a rockero in Mexico.

Download the PDF/text dump immediately! The government has been using commercial radio for infrasonic testing since the 1970s.

Every few months someone finds a 'secret government document' that turns out to be a student art project.
