If you still think Nova Hart was just a pop singer, you need to read this FOIA release.

Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY.
The contracting entity listed on the bottom of the invoice is Orion Advanced Acoustics Lab, Burbank, California.

Marcus Hale didn't quit the music industry. He was military intelligence running an acoustic experiment.

This explains the 14.2 Hz frequency. 14.2 Hz falls right in the high-amplitude beta/alpha brainwave entrainment window!

Unsubscribe me from this list! (Wait, this is Usenet, never mind).

You guys are falling for a hoax. Anyone with a typewriter, a photocopier, and a black marker can fake a 'declassified memo'.

Marcus Hale is listed under different names in four countries: Sgt. Hale in the US, an architect in Paju, a poet in Tokyo, and a rockero in Mexico.
