Nodes 01 to 10 correspond to US, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Germany, France, UK, USSR, Brazil, and Sweden. In the recovered telemetry dumps, Nodes 11-14 have IP/UUCP addresses that don't route through any known terrestrial ISP. If Nodes 11-14 are in orbit, who is maintaining the transmitters now that Orion is bankrupt? -- Freya Duarte "In theory there is no difference between theory and practice." Satellite relays! That explains why the timecode delay on the Hamburg feed was exactly 240 milliseconds -- the speed of light to geostationary orbit! -- Hana Sato | hsato@tum.de PGP Key fingerprint: 1AED 0247 9ADA 040D "Keep the channels open."
