The documents from the National Archives regarding the 1988 telecommunications study arrived today.

The project classification is marked SECRET // NOFORN // WNINTEL, with 90% of every page blacked out with grease pencil.

Marcus Hale is listed under different names in four countries: Sgt. Hale in the US, an architect in Paju, a poet in Tokyo, and a rockero in Mexico.

Orion Records was a commercial entertainment subsidiary. Military acoustic warfare isn't coordinated out of a recording studio in Burbank.
