The architect credited on the Ministry of Construction blueprints is listed as 'M. Hale / Orion Pacific Engineering'. The dimensions of the parabolic chamber at the terminus calculate to an exact resonant frequency of 14.20 Hz. They weren't digging a tunnel for troops. They built a massive underground Helmholtz resonator to beam infrasound across the border. -- === Marisol Hughes === Dept of Electrical Engineering, Hanse-Netzwerk Hamburg "A soul is not exclusive to biology."
