Marcus Hale. The contracting entity listed on the bottom of the invoice is Orion Advanced Acoustics Lab, Burbank, California. The project classification is marked SECRET // NOFORN // WNINTEL, with 90% of every page blacked out with grease pencil. I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory.
