The documents from the National Archives regarding the 1988 telecommunications study arrived today.

Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY.
One unredacted sentence in paragraph 4 states: 'Field testing of acoustic carrier entrainment via commercial FM broadcast relays confirmed.'

I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory. Mirror them before they get pulled.

Marcus Hale is listed under different names in four countries: Sgt. Hale in the US, an architect in Paju, a poet in Tokyo, and a rockero in Mexico.
