It's a subterranean waveguide. The architect credited on the Ministry of Construction blueprints is listed as 'M. Hale / Orion Pacific Engineering'. However, unlike the other four invasion tunnels, this tunnel had no southern exit and was lined with acoustic resonance tiles. They weren't digging a tunnel for troops. They built a massive underground Helmholtz resonator to beam infrasound across the border. -- Rodrigo MacDonald Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of Stanford University Computer Systems Lab. ------------------------------------------------------------ From fbrennan@cam.ac.uk Thu Feb 10 14:11:55 1994 Path: ashpoly!bigsur!pacrim!jpgate!kamome!cam!fbrennan From: fbrennan@cam.ac.uk (Fiona Brennan) Newsgroups: alt.conspiracy Subject: Re: [FLAME] Paju DMZ 5th tunnel blueprints - acoustic horn relay (Node 03) Message-ID: <1994Feb10.141155.2474@cam.ac.uk> Date: Thu, 10 Feb 1994 14:11:55 GMT References: <1994Feb08.135255.1659@stanford.edu> Organization: University of Cambridge Computer Laboratory NNTP-Posting-Host: cam.ac.uk X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.2 PL2] Lines: 10 In article <1994Feb08.135255.1659@stanford.edu>, rmacdonald@stanford.edu (Rodrigo MacDonald) writes: > Node 03 in the Stardust network is not a radio tower.
