Marcus Hale. Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY. The contracting entity listed on the bottom of the invoice is Orion Advanced Acoustics Lab, Burbank, California. I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory.
