Marcus Hale. Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY. One unredacted sentence in paragraph 4 states: 'Field testing of acoustic carrier entrainment via commercial FM broadcast relays confirmed.' I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory. Mirror them before they get pulled. -- Takeshi González -- Tokyo Institute of Technology Computer Centre "5 sigma is a discovery. 7 is a question."
