Marcus Hale. Sgt. Marcus Hale is listed as 'Missing in Action - 1 May 1988' during Operation PUBLIC HARMONY. One unredacted sentence in paragraph 4 states: 'Field testing of acoustic carrier entrainment via commercial FM broadcast relays confirmed.' I've scanned the FOIA documents and uploaded them to the Ashford-Poly FTP incoming directory. Mirror them before they get pulled. -- Andrei MacDonald Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of UC Berkeley Department of EECS. ------------------------------------------------------------ From jmoreau@unam.mx Mon Mar 13 01:50:22 1995 Path: ashpoly!cascade!mxgate!coyoacan!unam!jmoreau From: jmoreau@unam.mx (Julien Moreau) Newsgroups: alt.conspiracy Subject: Re: Observation: Operation PUBLIC HARMONY - declassified DoD memos & Marcus Hale Message-ID: <1995Mar13.015022.2635@unam.mx> Date: Mon, 13 Mar 1995 01:50:22 GMT References: <1995Mar13.002122.4314@berkeley.edu> Organization: Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (DGSCA) NNTP-Posting-Host: unam.mx X-Newsreader: WinVN 0.99.5 Lines: 10 In article <1995Mar13.002122.4314@berkeley.edu>, amacdonald@berkeley.edu (Andrei MacDonald) writes: > I finally received my FOIA response from the Department of the Army regarding Sgt. This explains the 14.2 Hz frequency. 14.2 Hz falls right in the high-amplitude beta/alpha brainwave entrainment window! -- Julien Moreau Opinions expressed are solely my own and not those of Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (DGSCA). ------------------------------------------------------------ From mtanaka@panix.com Tue Mar 14 10:33:22 1995 Path: ashpoly!bigsur!pacrim!jpgate!kamome!panix!mtanaka From: mtanaka@panix.com (Morag Tanaka) Newsgroups: alt.conspiracy Subject: Re: Observation: Operation PUBLIC HARMONY - declassified DoD memos & Marcus Hale Message-ID: <1995Mar14.103322.5607@panix.com> Date: Tue, 14 Mar 1995 10:33:22 GMT References: <1995Mar13.002122.4314@berkeley.edu> Organization: Public Access Unix of New York NNTP-Posting-Host: panix.com X-Newsreader: WinVN 0.99.5 Lines: 12 In article <1995Mar13.002122.4314@berkeley.edu>, amacdonald@berkeley.edu (Andrei MacDonald) writes: > I finally received my FOIA response from the Department of the Army regarding Sgt. Every few months someone finds a 'secret government document' that turns out to be a student art project.
