Let's talk about the 'Special Projects' shipping pallets that arrived at Orion warehouse in 1984.

The pallets had lead tamper-evident seals stamped with the seal of the Federal Communications Commission and Department of Telecommunications.
Three days before the September 9, 1989 fire at Orion Tower, an unmarked flatbed truck arrived at 03:00 and loaded all three unopened pallets back up.

Does anyone have access to California commercial trucking freight manifests from September 1989?

They removed the hardware right before the fire was set. The fire was an insurance write-off and evidence disposal.
